Return Criteria:
1. Return Request: Must be made to Eview Customer Service within 30 days of purchase from eviewgps.com.
2. Original Packaging: Returned product must include its original packaging and all original components.
3. Condition: Product must be in its original working condition, as determined by our sole discretion.
4. Exclusions: Damaged products, including pet-induced damage, are non-refundable.
5. Receipt: A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must be included.
6. Postmark: The return must be postmarked within 14 days of RMA issuance.
You are responsible for return shipping fees, and the RMA will include our shipping address so you can ship via a carrier of your choice. Once your return is received and meets the above criteria, a refund will be processed according to the payment method used:
Refund Processing:
1. PayPal Payments: Refunds will be processed immediately upon receipt and verification of the returned product. Funds will typically appear in your PayPal account within 1-2 business days.
2. Bank TT Payments: Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date we receive your returned product. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's policies.
3. Other E-commerce Platforms: Refunds for purchases made through other e-commerce platforms will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product.
Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Missing Components:
Pet-induced damage is non-refundable. If your return is damaged or missing components, as determined at our sole discretion, we retain the right to refuse acceptance of the return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the smart tracker or the retail value of the missing parts or accessories, whichever is higher.
Warranty Policy:
Eview devices are covered by an 18-month warranty from the date of purchase, ensuring protection against any production flaws. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, abuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or exposure to sand or water.
Shipping Costs: The customer will bear the shipping and transportation costs, including insurance, from their country to China. Eview will cover the shipping costs from China to the customer's country.
Repair/Replacement: Within the 18-month warranty period, repair or replacement of non-human damage is free of charge. After the 18-month period, repair/replacement costs will be billed accordingly.
