Is there a warranty for the devices?

Your devices have 18 months warranty from date of purchase to ensure that correspond to any production flaws. Due to damage caused by accident, abuse, dismantle repair or modification, by a non-authorized service facility maintenance, into the sand, water is not covered by the warranty.  

Your company will bear the shipping and transportation costs including insurance from your country to China. And Eview will bear the shipping cost from China to your country.

In the 18 months, the repairing, /replacement of non-human damages will be free. After the 18 months, we will request the cost of repairing/replacement only.
